Lisa A. Holmes is the Founder of Echo Luxe Studios LLC and the Creator and Executive Producer behind the studio’s original scripted slate. A senior executive leader and board director, Holmes has spent more than two decades operating inside high-stakes enterprise environments where reputation, governance, and organizational risk collide across Fortune 100 companies, private equity-backed platforms, and founder-led businesses during IPO readiness, M&A integration, restructures, and crisis response.

She is a recognized thought leader on modern work and accountability, the best-selling author of Job Hunting: NOW What?, and a featured contributor to Fast Company, Money, Financial Times, Success, Directors & Boards, Thrive Global, and Authority Magazine.
